I have been developing recipes for my new concept Rocco's panini grill. If anyone is interested in some great sauce, entree, or Italian soda recipes let me know. I am having a blast creating this stuff and would love to share. i also have created a Chipotle salsa that will stop you from ever buying salsa in a jar again.
